Every programme starts with a Lifestyle and Fitness assessment (it’s not scary) and this underpins everything we subsequently do.
 
How you live and what you eat have a direct impact on your health, so a simple nutrition assessment is the first step to developing your calibrated programme.
The programme that I will develop specifically for you could involve kettle weights, medicine balls, pilates and/or cardiovascular training depending on your objectives. 
 
But it all starts with a free consultation in your home, so you can try out some exercises and hear the answers to any questions that you may have.
